Doctor of economic sciences in the discipline of management science. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in health service management and risk management in health care. She has completed many specialist training courses, including in the field of modern management in health care facilities and specialization training in the organization of social assistance. She has many years of managerial experience in managing medical facilities. In her scientific activity, she focuses on research in the field of health economics, systems used in medical entities, and especially the allocation of human and financial resources. She is the author of many scientific publications devoted to the economics of the functioning of medical entities, taking into account the prognostic-analytical theme in managing medical facilities. She is an experienced academic teacher, conducting didactic classes continuously since 2002. Currently, she holds the position of Head of the Department of Humanities at the Higher School of Security based in Poznań and is a lecturer in the field of administration at the Higher School of Administration in Bielsko-Biała.
